Services Offered
We provide custom web design, web development, website maintenance, and related digital services. The specific details, scope, and deliverables of each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal, contract, or invoice.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and timely project execution, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary assets (logos, text content, images, credentials) in a timely manner.
- Respond to feedback requests, reviews, and approvals within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure they have the legal right and copyright permissions to use any materials provided to us.
Payment & Billing
Payment schedules will be detailed in your specific project proposal. Generally, we require an upfront deposit (e.g., 50%) before any work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or at specific milestones. Delayed payments may result in project suspension or handover delays.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full and final payment of all invoices, the intellectual property rights of the final website design and custom code are transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to showcase the completed project in our agency's portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Revisions & Scope Creep
Our project proposals include a specific number of revision rounds. Any additional features, extra pages, or major design changes requested after the initial scope has been agreed upon will be considered "scope creep" and will be billed separately at our hourly rate or as a new milestone.
